How to download and install Truisee(wesecuu) Camera App

The Truisee(wesecuu) Camera App is the companion app for WESECUU Wi-Fi security cameras. It is free to download on both iPhone and Android, and you only need it once your camera is in hand and powered on.

Download on iPhone or iPad

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Search for Truisee(wesecuu), or open the direct link: apps.apple.com/us/app/truisee-wesecuu/id6446575321.
3. Confirm the developer and tap Get to install.
4. Open the app once it finishes downloading.

The app requires iOS 12 or later. Most iPhones from the last several years are supported.

Download on Android

1. Open Google Play.
2. Search for WESECUU or Truisee(wesecuu), or use the direct link: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tianjian.wesecuu.
3. Tap Install, then Open.

On Google Play the listing may appear as WESECUU or Truisee(wesecuu) — both names point to the same app, with the package name com.tianjian.wesecuu.

Make sure you have the right app

WESECUU cameras share a backend with the EseeCloud ecosystem, so a few camera models pair with the EseeCloud app instead of Truisee(wesecuu). Before you install, check the app name printed in your product manual or on the QR code on the box. If it says Truisee or WESECUU, this is the app you want. After installing

Once the app is open, you will be asked to create an account by email or phone number and choose your region. After that you can scan your camera's QR code and connect it to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

A few tips for a smooth first run:

• Allow the notification permission so motion alerts reach your phone.
• Allow local network and Bluetooth access — some models use Bluetooth to assist pairing.
• Keep your phone on the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network you want the camera to use.

If the app ever fails to update, restart your phone and try again from the store page. Live viewing of your camera is always free; microSD and cloud recording are optional. Next, head to creating an account and signing in.
